????Teaching fellowships were initiated at Stellenbosch 万博体育官网 (SU) in 2009 with the aim of, inter alia, providing an opportunity for selected academics to develop their teaching expertise and stimulating the growth of the scholarship of teaching and learning at the 万博体育官网. The 万博体育官网 has awarded a number of fellowships since then. This programme is an excellent opportunity to consolidate and extend expertise with regard to teaching and learning at the faculty or departmental level.
The fellowships provide exceptional teachers and scholars of teaching and learning with the opportunity to spend more consistent periods of time (one to three years), with various forms of support, to focus on aspects of curriculum renewal, the exploration of teaching and learning, and the dissemination of good teaching and learning practice in departments and faculties.
